In accordance with section 19 of the Act, if the worker does not go for foreign employment after the labor approval sticker has been affixed to the passport of a worker, and the licensee is informed in writing, the licensee may apply to the department along with the complete passport to cancel the labor approval sticker of such worker. > (2) If the necessary investigation is carried out on the application made as per sub-rule (1), if the behavior is correct, the department may cancel the sticker of the labor permit affixed to the worker's passport.
(3) For canceling the labor permit sticker as per sub-rule (2), the department may affix a labor permit sticker on the passport of such worker to send another worker who is selected for foreign employment.
